Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A 40% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
• The remaining 60% balance is payable on the day of the safari before departure.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer at the time of booking.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

2. Pricing

• All prices for Non-Res are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are based on the itinerary and inclusions agreed at the time of booking.
• Any changes to the itinerary may result in price adjustments.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on prior reservations made with hotels, lodges, or third-party suppliers.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting any incurred costs.

4. Amendments

• Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability.
• Any additional costs arising from changes will be communicated and charged accordingly.

5. Travel Requirements

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all travelers.

6. Accommodation & Transport

• Accommodation is based on availability at the time of booking. Equivalent alternatives may be provided if necessary.
• Safari vehicles are well-maintained and operated by experienced driver-guides.

7. Conduct

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, staff, wildlife, and local communities.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
