Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi → Maasai Mara National Reserve
- Pick-up from our office, where all groups will assemble. The driver assigned to your group will give you a briefing before starting your safari.
- Drive for a 5–6-hour journey to the Maasai Mara via the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, where you will alight and take photos.
- Check in at your tented camp and enjoy a freshly prepared meal at your lodge/camp.
- After lunch, head out for your first game drive (around 3:30–6:30 PM). Spot elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras as the sun sets.
- Head back to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
- Highlight: Your first game drive in the Maasai Mara as the sun sets across the savannah.
Day 2: Full Day in Maasai Mara + Hot Air Balloon Safari
- Transfer to the balloon launch site very early in the morning. Float silently over the Mara as the sun rises over the plains, spotting herds of wildebeest, elephants, and predators from above.
- After landing, enjoy a bush breakfast in the savannah with your pilot and fellow travelers.
- Continue exploring the Mara to spot more animals in the park during your game drives.
- In the evening, head back to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
- Highlight: Sunrise hot air balloon safari and breakfast in the wild.
Day 3: Maasai Mara → Nairobi
- After breakfast and check out, visit the Maasai village where you will interact with the Maasai people through songs and dances.
- Optional opportunity to purchase handmade artefacts made by Maasai women.
- Later, start your journey back to Nairobi, where you will be dropped off at the office — marking the end of your safari.
- Highlight: Cultural experience and farewell drive through the Great Rift Valley.
