Experience the best of Kenya’s most iconic parks on this 6-day safari adventure. From the rolling savannahs of the Maasai Mara, the pink-hued shores of Lake Nakuru, the freshwater beauty of Naivasha, to the majestic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli.

Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara

Pick up from the airport or hotel in the morning (at an extra cost) and drive through the Great Rift Valley with a brief stop for breathtaking views. Continue across the scenic highlands to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch at your camp.

In the late afternoon, head out for your first game drive, where you may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and herds of wildebeest grazing on the golden plains. Return for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Full Day in Maasai Mara

Spend the day exploring the vast plains of the Maasai Mara on extensive game drives. During the migration season (July–September), witness the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration, one of the world’s greatest wildlife spectacles, as thousands of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

In the evening, return to your camp for relaxation.

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru

Enjoy an early breakfast before driving to Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned for its flamingos, rhinos, and diverse birdlife. Arrive in time for lunch at your hotel, followed by an afternoon game drive. Expect to see buffalo, waterbuck, giraffes, and the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. The park is also home to both black and white rhinos.

Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Naivasha- Amboseli

After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha, a beautiful freshwater lake surrounded by lush vegetation and rich birdlife. On arrival, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you may spot hippos, fish eagles, and kingfishers. Later, proceed with your journey to Amboseli, arriving in the evening.

Day 5: Amboseli Full Day Game Drive

After an early breakfast, drive to Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for its large elephant herds and the dramatic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest mountain in Africa. Capture stunning photos of wildlife silhouetted against the mountain.

Dinner and overnight stay at your Amboseli camp.

Day 6: Amboseli – Nairobi

Rise early for a morning game drive as the sun lights up Mount Kilimanjaro. Look out for lions, hyenas, cheetahs, and elephants before returning for breakfast. Later, check out and drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. Drop off at your hotel or airport (at an extra cost), marking the end of your safari adventure.
